The finish of the XROS PRO feels smooth and sleek, like polished brushed aluminum, which gives it a nice grip without being slippery. The front panel is a bit glossy and prone to fingerprints, but it cleverly hides a hidden OLED screen that seems to come from inside the metal. However, the screen might be a bit hard to read for some people with aging eyes. Overall, it’s a solid and stylish device to hold.

The XROS PRO is heavier than similar devices, almost feeling more like an all-in-one (AIO) device. While it looks similar to earlier versions at first glance, it’s actually bigger. It measures 24.4 mm x 18.45 mm x 119.7 mm and weighs 86 grams, so dropping it on your foot wouldn’t be fun. Just to compare, the XROS 3 is smaller at 23.6 mm x 13.7 mm x 115.1 mm and only weighs 45.7 grams. So, the PRO is almost twice as heavy as the XROS 3!

However, they’re not ideal for mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping with closed airflow. I prefer to keep the wattage around 16.5, but you don’t need to crank up the power if you don’t want to. Regardless of the wattage, these pods go through juice pretty quickly. I lost count of how many times I’ve refilled them, but it’s been quite a few times each day.

The pods for the XROS PRO are just like the ones before, with a convenient top-fill design that’s easy to use and doesn’t leak. The mouthpiece is comfortable too. However, the pods that come with the U.S. version hold 2 mL for some unknown reason. But if you buy replacements, you can get larger pods for certain resistances.
