Vaporesso LUXE XR Max Pod Kit

The Vaporesso LUXE XR Max from VAPORESSO is their latest all-in-one (AIO) pod system, designed for vapers who want a powerful and convenient vaping experience.

To use it, press the fire button five times to turn it on or off, four times to access the menu, and three times to change the wattage. In smart mode, you can only adjust the wattage within the recommended range for the coils.

There’s an air slider on the side to switch between MTL and DL vaping. My device came with one pod (the XR DL pod), but VAPORESSO says the MTL pod should be included too. Hopefully, the retail version will have both pods.

The performance of the coils is crucial for a good vaping experience. I’ve tried many coils, and I prefer the MTL coils. This device comes with two DL (direct lung) coil options: a 0.4-ohm coil (26-32 watts) and a 0.2-ohm coil (45-60 watts). Both are mesh coils.

In my opinion, coils around 30 watts don’t deliver enough power for true DL vaping, but that’s just my preference. If you enjoy vaping at these wattages, the 0.4-ohm coil is a good choice for a small, portable DL vape.

It has a 2800 mAh internal battery and charges at 2A through a USB-C port located at the bottom. This means it has to lie down while charging, which isn’t a big issue, but I prefer devices that can stand up while charging.
