Vaporesso Zero 2 Pod Kit
The Vaporesso Zero 2 Pod 2 is the newest pod system from VAPORESSO, a top vape maker known for many great devices. It’s the next version of the original ZERO pod, which was a popular device when it came out.
It’s 89 mm tall, 31.8 mm wide, and 19 mm thick, so it’s a bit bigger than their LUXE Q, but not too much. It’s easy to put in your pocket, I think.
The ZERO 2 comes in six colors: solid black and carbon fiber, plus four that fade from black to red, blue, green, or purple. I got the black-purple one to review, and it’s a nice blend of purple on top fading into black on the bottom. The colored part covers the whole top side, while the rest of the body is solid matte grey.
There are no buttons on the device; you just inhale to use it. There’s an LED strip on the top that shows the battery level with four arrows. Overall, it’s a pretty standard pod system, but it’s well-made and looks good.
The ZERO 2 is straightforward to use. There are no buttons or extra features, just fill it, vape, and charge when needed. It’s perfect for beginners.
The pod attaches with magnets and comes in and out easily. The magnets are strong, so the pod stays put. To take it out, just pull it. To put it back, just pop it in—it’s that easy.

The pod is slightly tinted, which makes it hard to see the juice level in dim light. I prefer clear pods like the XROS Mini. But besides that, I’m really pleased with how easy it is to use this device.
The ZERO 2 can use pods from the original ZERO, and the coils seem to be the same. The only difference is the ZERO 2 pods hold 3 mL instead of 2 mL. It comes with two pods: a 1.0-ohm mesh pod that vapes at about 11 watts, and a 1.3-ohm CCELL pod that vapes at around 9 watts.
Vaporesso Zero 2 Pod:
I tested it with 50/50 20-30 mg nic salt juices. The flavor with the pre-installed 1.0-ohm mesh coil was really good. It gives a nice MTL draw, not too tight. Usually, I expect a pod to last around 10-12 mL, but this one surprised me. I got 24 mL out of it and it was still going strong, so I’m really happy with it overall.
Next, I tried the 1.3-ohm CCELL pod. It took a bit to get going, about half a tank, but then the flavor was decent. Not as good as the mesh coil, though. It also has a tighter draw, so if you like that, you might like this one more. The coil lasted well, too. Normally, I expect 10-12 mL, but I got 15 mL out of it, which is pretty good.
Overall, both coils were alright, but the mesh coil is better. The good thing is, since you get one of each with the kit, you can try both and see which you like best before buying more.
