You might think that, like with iPhones, the next model is always better, but that’s not always true. Sometimes more features don’t mean a better experience.
The charging port is at the bottom of the kit, which isn’t as convenient as having it on the side, but it’s not a big deal. On the back of the device, there’s an airflow adjuster for switching between MTL and RDTL vaping styles.
The new Xros pods let you see your e-liquid level without taking out the pod, unlike the old Xros pods. You can use both new and old pods in the Xros 4 Mini, but only the old pods work in the 3 Mini.
The kit is small and light, weighing 48g and measuring under 2cm wide and 10.5cm tall. It runs on a 1000mAh battery, giving you vaping all day, with up to 16W of power. The Xros 4 Mini has adjustable airflow on the side, letting you switch between MTL and RDTL vaping. Unlike the Xros 3 Mini, it allows you to control airflow.
This better heating and absorption mean the coil should last up to 50% longer. While I didn’t notice it lasting that much longer, it did last a couple of days more than the original Xros pods, which is still an improvement.
