Vaporesso LUXE XR Pod Kit
The Vaporesso LUXE XR Pod is a new type of e-cigarette from VAPORESSO, a brand known for its quality vaping products. This model is a small update from their previous model, the LUXE X. The main improvement is that you can now replace the coils, which are the parts that heat up the liquid, instead of having to get a whole new pod.

These coils are mesh coils that use “COREX” technology, claiming to give you 50% more flavor and coil life. I’m not sure how they measure flavor, but the coils last a long time, which is awesome.
I find that the low-power direct lung coils are kind of in a weird spot for me. They don’t quite give me the strong hit I’m looking for in a direct lung vape. But if you like vaping at around 30 watts, it’s a decent option for a small, portable vape. However, where it really shines is with the mouth-to-lung coil. It gives you a nice medium to loose mouth-to-lung draw.
The battery level is shown by three LED lights:
- Three lights: 60-100% charged
- Two lights: 30-60% charged
- One light: 0-30% charged

This device is easy to use with just one button that turns it on or off and also starts it up when you want to use it. It doesn’t work by just inhaling; you need to press the button. There are three LED lights at the bottom of the front side that show how much battery is left. Overall, it’s a basic and straightforward e-cigarette that’s well-made and looks nice.
The main new feature compared to the previous model, the LUXE X, is that the XR includes two types of pods: one for MTL (mouth-to-lung) vaping, which mimics smoking a cigarette with a tighter draw, and one for DL (direct-lung) vaping, which allows for deeper inhales. The MTL pod is slimmer and has a smaller air passage.
