The UWELL Caliburn AZ3 Pod Kit is a small but strong vaping device. It has a new feature called the ‘Zega’ factor, making it more compact while still having a bigger battery compared to older models in the Caliburn series.

The device is 68.9mm tall, 23.8mm wide, and 23.6mm deep when the pod is attached. It also has a hole for a lanyard if you prefer to wear it around your neck. Hidden in these grooves are two small airflow holes. The logo is dark and doesn’t stand out too much. but they hold the pod in place securely. Each pod holds 2ml of ejuice.

– Green = more than 60% charged

– Blue = 30-60% charged

– Red = less than 30% charged

The LED light shows the same colors as above. It stays solid green when fully charged.

The red light flashes 10 times.

The red light flashes 3 times. Clean the contacts or replace the pod. If that doesn’t fix it.

The green light flashes 5 times if you vape for more than 8 seconds.

Insert the pod. If that doesn’t fix it.

How To Charge The Battery

The charging rate is 2A.

To charge, plug the small end of a USB Type-C cable into the device and the large end into a USB outlet. The LED light will cycle through colors and turn solid green when fully charged. It took about 42 minutes to charge using a wall plug. My experience is just a guide since I vape heavily and take long inhales. I got between 5.5 and 6.5 hours of use on one charge, which is about 3 pod refills. The airflow on this device is fixed, so you can’t adjust it—only the pod you choose affects it. I’d rate the 1ohm pod at about 2.5. It has a good amount of restriction. For the 0.8ohm pod, the airflow is almost the same, also around 2.5 to 3 on the scale, which still isn’t ideal for RDL vaping.
